2. Connect your devices


Connect the platforms you use to track your data:

  • Apple Health
  • Garmin
  • Fitbit
  • Strava


Tip: Connect the apps where your data actually lives.


Example:

  • You track cycling on Garmin → sync to Strava
  • You track sleep on Apple Watch → Apple Health


You should connect Strava and Apple Health in this case.


3. Complete your profile


Your profile helps power:

  • Coach Logic insights
  • Training plans
  • Performance analysis


Include:

  • Sports
  • Goals
  • Training availability


4. Visit the Dashboard


View your:

  • Activity
  • Health
  • Sleep
  • Nutrition


This is your central performance view.


5. Use Coach Logic


Coach Logic helps you:

6. Use NutriCalc


NutriCalc lets you log meals using your camera.

  • Enter your hand calibration
  • Place your thumb and index finger (outstretched) near your food when taking photos

  1. Open NutriCalc
  2. Tap Open Camera

Why use hand calibration?


Your hand provides a size reference to estimate portion sizes.


Do I need hand calibration?


No — but it significantly improves accuracy.


How do I use it correctly?


  • Stretch your thumb and index finger
  • Place them near your plate or food
  • Keep them visible in the photo


Can I edit meals?


Yes, you can:

  • Change food names

Why did my device disconnect?


Connection tokens can expire. Reconnect your account in Connections.
